Tom Hanks is 007
I know, I know - sorry, less youtube posts tomorrow but this is frickin hilarious. Go America.
It was only a matter of time, but now Saddam Hussein’s execution has gone live on the Internet. It’s on Google Video, but I won’t link to it because I’ve got morals.
It’s strange that the world of YouTube and Google Video, what could once have been deemed the online equivalent of “You’ve been framed” minus Jeremy Beadle, has now become the home of snuff movies.
One wonders what it says about modern society that the most searched for video over the past 24 hours has been someone’s execution.
Excellent Vid. Seen at Idontlikeyouinthatway and then posted here.
Amazing footage of some guy kicking ass in Street Fighter. The crowd cheering makes it even more amazing. Google Video has the footage archived for future generations.
This link is from a while back but I was reminded of this video for some reason. EVO 2004 is a Street Fighter 2 tournament, and Daigo was one of the major players at the event. But what this video shows, is that he deserves the title of Street Fighter God. Daigo is playing Ken, and his opponent got him down to literally zero health. Daigo’s opponent then unleashes a supper combo and lands 15 blows on him. But the thing is, Daigo actually parries all 15 blows, and then proceeds to kick his opponent’s ass into submission. The crowd of hundreds of onlookers go freaking nuts. You won’t see moments of game mastery like this very often.
Photoshopping to freak girls faces up and make them look more angelic.

Half of them are going to grow up to become porn-stars. proven fact. via

Dublin 30 June 6.30pm – Starting from Parnell Square
On Thursday 30 June, as leaders of the world’s richest countries prepare to go to Scotland for the G8 summit, and tens of thousands of campaigners prepare to rally in Edinburgh, thousands will gather in Dublin to send this message to the G8 leaders:Enough is enough.
We want trade justice, debt cancellation, and more and better aid for the world’s poorest countries. Be there. Make your voice heard. Make History in 2005.
Agree or not, it’s still a bit of crack walking down the street pointing and laughing at people who’s clothes are different to your clothes.
This blog has been around for a while but is a great read if you’re into football etc. Maybe Myspace can promote more of this type of comedy blog…… or is it comedy.
I’m a 12-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. I saw Malcolm Glazer bought EPL soccer side Manchester and they are now my favourite franchise. Manchester rules, man!
Thanks Si, peace out.
TV presenter Richard Whiteley has died in hospital during a heart operation. Details here on sky news. Sad news indeed. Countdown was a fantastic show, so simple. Unfortunately it will never be the same again. It was great to watch with Whiteley at the helm because at times he could be a real David Brent and say something that would make you cringe.
Whiteley loved anecdotes and puns, which were often met by groans from other presenters and members of the audience.
rest in peace

An article from The Inquirer about a nifty tool RatDVD which makes it even easier to compress entire dvds into one handy file. Take That MPAA
Of the three major console makers, only Microsoft has yet to release a portable game machine, and the company is apparently hoping to overcome this weakness by making Xbox 360 connectable with the two rival firms’ portable machines, the Sony PSP and the Nintendo DS.
