Acres and acres of petri dish fleshfields out to the horizon. meat is a waste of space, time, energy, and money. or not: it makes people happy and keeps people alive. sort of. the last line says it all: "I've been eating cloned beef for two years now, and I can tell you there's no difference," Mower said. "I'm still as overweight now as I was then." whatever. everything in moderation, I suppose. i find the hide of cloned-harvested unicorn limb (particularly leg) makes good shoes for walking...
