					<description>Doesn't trial by military tribunal imply that the defendant was a member of a military/army?? And if so isn't the whole reason for these people residing on Gitmo because the US refuses to recognise them as POW/members of an army and instead as &quot;enemy combatants&quot;?

Maybe I misunderstand the situation, but it seems as though the Bush administration is picking and chosing International laws to suit itself &lt;b&gt;again&lt;/b&gt;</description>
