Smart wins fourth 3G licence
Smart Telecom plans to launch a mobile phone service by next summer following the news that it has been granted the country’s fourth 3G licence by the Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg).

The real question is: Will it be like their broadband? You go into the shop, buy the mobile phone, charge it up, then have to wait 5 months before you can turn it on?

Amen Danger, their Broadband “service” is the biggest joke in the broadband market.
Even the lucky users who get connected report a fairly flakey connection.
